   • For registered business these are requirements Copy of CIPC, Proof of Identity (Business Director), Proof of Address & Proof of Bank Account.

3. Verification: After submitting your documents, our team will review and verify the information provided. This step ensures the authenticity and reliability of our vendors and sellers to make Consumers / Customers feel safe in what they will be paying products for!

Shipping With The Courier Guy: You just have to send the dimensions of the packed parcel, then you will receive the waybill that you will print out to be stuck on the parcel upon collection. Please make sure that your address is correct upon your registration.

Local Same Day (LSD) - JHB: Note that the order should be collected on the following day after purchase. Parcel should be ready for pick up by  11am & delivered to the customer before 5pm.
Standard: Parcel should be delivered within 3-5 days after day of purchase.

Shipping With PAXI: Our delivery team will allocate funds for you to book parcel with PAXI depending on customer`s order thereafter you are advised  to allocate the PAXI Token Number through shipment form.

Funds will be allocated within 24 hours once the customer receives the parcel and confirms.
If not, they have to log a return and seller will pay for return shipment.
Once the seller receives the return parcel, A refund will be made to the customer.
