- Returns for both defective and non defective products are allowed within supplier`s terms & conditions.
- To initiate a return, please log a ticket within your Daily Trends account.
- The customer will cover the return shipping costs once you log the ticket and prepare the parcel for collection, RMA number will be provided.
- The return process to supplier typically takes 1-3 business days.
2. Refund Policy
Once supplier receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange advised by supplier .
- We provide total cost of product(s) as Refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Please note that all refunds will not include any applicable shipping fees.
