• To initiate a return, please log a ticket within your Daily Trends account – Order Return Ticket 
  
• The seller will cover the return shipping costs once you log the ticket and prepare the parcel for collection.
• The return process typically takes 1-3 business days.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days after the Return Log is completed.

• We provide a full refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
• Please note that all refunds will include any applicable shipping fees if the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
